Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher based in Valledupar, Colombia. The English Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, delivering effective and interactive English language instruction, and assessing student progress. The role also involves fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, providing individualized support to students, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.

Qualifications Proficiency in English Teaching and experience in creating lesson plans tailored to various learning styles and levels Strong background in Education and Teaching, including effective classroom management and student engagement Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction and fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues Ability to adapt to different learning needs and cultural contexts Previous experience working in bilingual education is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field Teaching certification or relevant licensure in English language instruction is preferred
