Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School English Teacher based in Valledupar, Colombia. The High School English Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching English to students in a bilingual environment, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom. The role also involves providing constructive feedback, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to align educational strategies with school objectives. Upholding a supportive learning atmosphere and maintaining open communication with students, parents, and peers are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and English Teaching to create and implement effective and engaging educational strategies. Strong Teaching and Communication skills to effectively deliver instruction and build positive relationships with students and parents. Excellent Writing abilities to design instructional content, assessments, and provide detailed feedback. Passion for education and fostering student development, with a focus on bilingual learning environments. Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; a teaching certification is preferred. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.
