Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School English Teacher based in Valledupar, Colombia. The High School English Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching English to students in a bilingual environment, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom. The role also involves providing constructive feedback, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to align educational strategies with school objectives. - Proficiency in Lesson Planning and English Teaching to create and implement effective and engaging educational strategies.
- Strong Teaching and Communication skills to effectively deliver instruction and build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Excellent Writing abilities to design instructional content, assessments, and provide detailed feedback.
- Passion for education and fostering student development, with a focus on bilingual learning environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; a teaching certification is preferred.
