Hr Generalist – Medellín, Colombia (Antioquia)

Fusion CX is hiring an experienced HR Generalist in Medellín, Colombia, for a high-impact role supporting fast-paced business operations within a dynamic customer experience environment. Job Description: About the Role As an HR Generalist, you will act as the primary HR contact for employees and management teams across assigned business functions. You will help ensure seamless HR operations, strong employee engagement, policy compliance, and performance support, while contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Support employees and managers across day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Manage onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and offboarding activities Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to support workforce planning and hiring needs Assist with performance management initiatives and employee development programs Drive employee engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace experience Maintain accurate HR records, tracking attendance, attrition reports, and headcount data Conduct HR policy orientations, training sessions, and compliance awareness activities Address employee concerns, conduct investigations when required, and recommend appropriate resolutions Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and employee experience processes Job Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced operational environment Experience supporting high-volume teams or shared services operations preferred Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and labor compliance processes Experience in BPO, customer service, or operations-driven industries preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: HR certification or advanced HR training is an advantage Experience supporting workforce planning or large-scale hiring environments Exposure to employee engagement and performance management initiatives Why Join Fusion CX?
