About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support U.S.-based teams by managing, organizing, and accurately entering critical information into internal systems and databases.

What You’ll Do

- Enter and update data with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Review documents and verify information for completeness and correctness.
- Maintain organized digital records and databases.
- Support administrative and operational processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding data updates and discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

What We’re Looking For

- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Team player mindset.
- Availability to work onsite in Medellín or Bogotá.

Compensation & Growth Plan

First Month (Training Period)

- $2.000.000 COP + legal transportation allowance

Starting Month 2
- Base salary: $2.300.000 COP
- Performance bonus: $300.000 COP
- Transportation allowance: $249.095 COP

Total initial monthly income: $2.849.095 COP Performance-Based Growth Plan

- After 3 months (successful evaluation):
- Additional $100.000 COP bonusNew monthly income: $2.949.095 COP
- After 6 months (successful evaluation):
