Hr Generalist I (Antioquia)

What You'll Do Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information to recommend the best courses of action. Improve employee and manager performance by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions. Lead and complete special projects, from research and coordination to execution. Prepare and analyze HR data and trends for reports and decision-making. Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and advise management on required actions. Guarantee a positive new hire experience through effective onboarding. Manage new hire paperwork, employee records, and leave tracking. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, address relations issues, and handle disciplinary processes. Support with policy updates and ensure HR practices align with regulations and business needs. Conduct exit interviews and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist (BPO experience highly preferred). Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2+/C1). Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with HR Information Systems. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work with a strong sense of urgency. Why Join Us?
