IFS Cloud Engineer at BairesDev In this role, you'll join the IFS Professional Services delivery team, contributing to implementations where the Planning and Scheduling Optimization module is in scope. Working directly with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers, you'll run client workshops, document business processes, and configure PSO to client needs while supporting testing and go-live. This is your opportunity to specialize in optimization solutions for Field Service Management, combining functional expertise with strong communication skills while working embedded in North America-based delivery pods. What You'll Do
- Lead implementations where the Planning and Scheduling Optimization module is in scope.
- Run client workshops and document business processes.
- Configure PSO to meet client needs and business requirements.
- Support testing and go-live phases of implementations.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers.
- Provide consulting expertise on planning and scheduling optimization solutions. What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IFS consulting or implementation.
- Strong expertise in IFS PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimization).
- Experience with PSO scoping, configuration, and go-live processes.
- Proven consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of Field Service Management, including work order lifecycle, dispatch, mobile field operations, and routing.
- Familiarity with IFS Cloud, Aurena, or IFS App Gen.
- Strong requirements gathering abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work ET hours.
