**Primary Purpose**: Responsible to negotiate all supply needs of products and services from all associates and plant according to the Procurement procedures.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Quote, negotiate, buy products and services (in the national or international market) in accordance with the Procurement Policy and contribute to improving Prices, performance service, Quality, Cash Flow, as others.
- Manage bidding processes and negotiate current services
- Find and evaluate new providers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities and achieve financial and operational objectives
- Update information controls, savings reports and other objectives under this role responsibility
- Process internal requests by system to buy in the local or foreign market, on the basis of seeking the best conditions for Goodyear (price, quality, payment terms and delivery opportunity)
- Generate orders and keep track of products
- Focus on generating savings, reducing costs and increasing payment conditions, in accordance with regional objectives
- Lead negotiations and guide the internal user in the best efficient condition to quote the services, always looking for an improvement in the total cost.
- Look for new opportunities in the market or internal methods to improve operations and costs
- Interact with internal customers to identify and comply with local requirements
- Demonstrate savings by using effective trading tools

**Education and Certifications**:

- Degree in: Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineer, Administration or Economy.

**Experience**:

- Between 4 to 6 years in Procurement Departament.
- Indirects Sourcing Negotiations
- Purchasing HR, IT, Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities, Engineering. Preferred
