ResponsibilitiesMonthly preparation of performance KPIs and development of new indicators to support the decision-making of the CSC management teamPreparation and participation in monthly performance meetings with CSC client countriesCollaboration with the regional D&D; department to generate performance reports using BI and BO toolsPreparation of the annual budget, monthly monitoring of CSC costs and analysis of deviations from the budgetMonitoring stabilization and process improvement activitiesMonitoring customer countries' satisfaction through a quarterly NPS survey, analysis of results and formulation of action plansSupport to the CSP manager in general management activities and participation in studies aimed at improving the performance of the CSCSupport in defining the CSC's billing strategy to its clients with the aim of breaking evenParticipation in the mapping of activities and operating volumes of new CSC clientsTravel RequirementsTravels across the LATAM region are expected.QualificationsMaster's degree (or above) in Financial Controlling/BusinessA significant professional experience in this fieldTechnical SkillsSAP FI module knowledge, at least one year of experienceSAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) or BI (Business Intelligence) knowledgeExcel, intermediate or advanced levelFluent in EnglishBasic Spanish or greaterSoft SkillsOpen to international environmentGood communication skillsAdaptabilityListeningTeam spiritSense of controlCuriosityAdditional InformationLocation: Cali, ColombiaDuration: 24 monthsStart: August ****V.I.
