You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to drive execution against Marketplace OKRs within a centralized TPMO structure, managing complex cross-platform dependencies. What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end program management for large, cross-team Marketplace initiatives
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs
- Translate high-level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines
- Understand system-level architecture and cross-platform dependencies to effectively coordinate execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio/backlog of initiatives aligned with business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps and ensure consistent delivery across teams
- Own key program artifacts (project plans, RACI, status reporting, documentation)
- Support and manage TPM/PM contractor capacity across multiple initiatives
